Hi guys,
This is my last season of olympic distance before I start competing in ironman 70.3. Im looking for a ironman training programme for a competitive athlete. Im looking for a all year round programme!

If anyone can help it will be much appreciated. I am a student and would be nice if it would cost R0... :)

Check beginnertriathlete.com they have a few free 70.3 programs. Google is your friend...
