Hi Hubbers,

Has anyone ordered something from the Livestrong Store online shop?

I did and have been waiting 4 weeks now for it to arrive.
I know the holidays and customs may have an effect on the delivery time but they can't supply me with a tracking number for the parcel!

Their reasonong is that DHL Global Mail Priority (intl) posted it and when it arrives in SA the Post Office handles it from there. Secondly they charged me $89 postage to send it here so I thought great just like CRC when I take the DHL option I will receive it within 4 days max but no it seems its snail mail option.

Has someone had better luck with them or someone I can try contact?

$20 to L.A.
$5 to Travel
$10 to Legal & Other
$20 to PR & Advertising
$5 to Audit

Remaining $29 to DHL for the Shipping of your Order (Snail Mail!)
