Hi,

It all depends what your budget and needs are for a townhouse, and where will you be traveling to work from.
As some areas are really congested in the morning, also depends on when you leave for work. We've been staying in centurion for close to 10 years now, without any problems.

I have been staying in Centurion my whole life, I would suggest you look at townhouses as close to your place of work as possible as some areas in the newer parts of Centurion can be quiet congested with traffic in the mornings and afternoons. Crime is not really a huge issue, some areas have their problems and others don't. Let us know what area you are looking at and we can comment on them, what company do you work for?

Irene. Nice commute into Centurion from there, and it's like living in the country...

We live in PTA East - also very safe, close to some great MTB routes, and if you plan your mornings, the traffic is bearable...

Hardluck, I'm doing the opposite...

We stayed in Groenkloof, awesome MTB park close by and the commute to Centurion CBD took my wife about 20min at 7am. Not lots of town houses around though...could look at renting a small house in Waterkloof or brooklyn too, not too much crime..all relative though...I was never a big fan of living in Centurion..

Good luck, where did you stay in CT?

Hi, I've been in centurion for the last 7 years. Not a lot of nice townhouses. In many of the complexes you live very close to your neighbors. I've been looking for a new place to live the last 3 months and is moving to a house in Irene. It depends on what you can afford? The nice places get filled very quickly. If you have couple of names pm me and i will give you my view.

What was the size of the townhouse you rented in Thatchfield for R10.5k p/m?
