Spotted this bike ridden by a random dude in Stellenbosch. I took some pictures and he approached me, first asking me if I want to buy the bike, then in the shop (Midas Stellenbosch) told me he stolen it and then told me he is a trained athlete and do many races. I deeply doubt any claims and having a bike stolen from myself in Stellenbosch in the past, this bike looks like the same case scenario.

He is a regular to Midas Stellenbosch apparently, so that should be a good place to start asking for more info on this guy. The bike's clipless pedals has been taken off but the bike still has some Sani 2 Sea stickers on it.

How much did he want for it?

BMT are the Felt dealers in Stellenbosch, there's an outside chance that they know or remember who the bike was sold to, I've mailed them a link to this post.
