Dude - disregard most of the posts on this thread. The hub way seems to be "piss on everyone's dreams before they can even dream them".
Too many of us old men with an "when I was young I had to walk 500km to school and back and it was uphill both ways. In the snow. Without a jersey. Barfoot. On rocks and glass" attitude.
Like some of the posters said - the biggest difference between seeded racing and pro racing are the intervals - most seeded riders tend to stick together and ride for time. Pros race for position and will attack each other on flats, in wind or up hills (whatever suits their skill set) until the opposition is dead - time be damned. Going from 80% riding to 2:30 of intervals is difficult and takes time and specific training. Be patient, train hard and it will happen.

I would also like less dangerous riders as in the lower groups you get people with I pods, they can't hold their line as well as loads of wheel sucking and the excuse 'I'm to tired to do any work upfront'.
Where you from did you say???

If you're doing good in the seeded bunches doesn't mean that you will be able to keep up with the elites. Trust me, found out the hard way...
Its a whole different game when you are sitting in the elite bunch riding on a flat road clocking speeds exceeding 50km/h...

If you from CT go train with a elite bunch, they will snap you like a chopstick...and if you can't even manage that then add that training experience by about 2 and then you get a similar result what elites is like....
