Thanks, went there for a ride this afternoon. I was surprised to see how few riders are out on the track

It will pick up once it gets a bit warmer. I'm one of the few guys who go there through out winter.

Don't they open it on Sundays anymore? That used to be so nice! Great place to train but I can't get there during the week anymore.

When does Kyalami open for training?

Is it open already?

I see on the 94.7 website it says it's free on a Wednesday. Is this for race entrants only?

What is a good lap time? and what is the difference MTB vs Road bike. Just for interest sake!

If you contact Celeste d'Elboux [celeste@kyalamiracing.co.za] she will put you on her mailing list for a monthly calendar. It is not open every night. Most Monday- Thursdays but the calendar is official!

I think it is open every weekday evening for a R10 enterance fee (except when booked for racing). Wednesday evenings are sponsored by 94.7

I've not heard whether Kyalami Race Track still allow cyclists from 17:00 to sunset (Monday to Thursday) now we're over the 94.7 (and I haven't gone down to see).

Now that I've eaten ALL the Christmas pudding (and anything else that was lying around)Embarrassed, I'm thinking that I should make the effort to go down 1 or 2 nights a week (if it's open).

Anyone know?
