Congrats to our local boys Timo Cooper/ Team Rocky Mountain who came in 2nd overall and Shan Wilson/ Team Cyclelab who came in 3d overall at the 2012 Garden Route Rocky Mountain 300 stage race. Maybe its all that training on the Bains MTB Trails that keep them in shape.

The Columbia Grape Escape has arrived at Diemersfontein Estate. Most of the top guys from SA and the World is here. Awesome!!!
Ralph Naef won the individual on stage 2 and Team Songo/ Burry Stander and Christoph Sauser won stage 2.

Also visited the white route a couple of times. I get a nice 155km trip from Bellville - Welvanpas - White route & back to Bellville. Bellville to Welvanpas +- 2hr30min.

And then they left Diemersfontein for Boschendal. The Bulls Teams with Stephan Sahm and Karl Platt, Burry Stander and Christoph Sauser from Songo, Ralph Naef, Kevin Evans and Dawid George, Max Knox, Shan Wilson and Timo Cooper from Wellington and Jaques Rossouw from Paarl all in the mix. Mr Xterra, Dan Hugo is also in there.
