I can only believe that Elvin is still in shorts and has upteen zits on his face still....'cause his continued reference to his f00kin PPA seeding has become such a labour, that I feel complelled to be rude to him !!! Elvin for the final time screw your PPA seeding, just ride your bike man WTF !!!!!

Alvin (chipmunck)...forget PPA seeding, go do the series even if you get dropped. It will only make you stronger dude.

I assumed the following;
U/14
U/16
Juniors (16-18)
Junior Men/U23 (19-23)

So if you turning 19 by December of that year....then you race Junior Men.

It seems as if very little interest has been shown. The event for Sat is no longer taking place. Sunday only ?

Hi Guys

Adjustments being made on the tourdeboland.co.za website - each Sunday commencing THIS Sunday at 0900 - note venue change as well as a handicap format similar to Killarney - hope this will work for all?! Entries online for ease of admin, pay on the line, one hour before....
a slow start to the alternative cycling academy....come to stellenbosch to learn to race a bike....not to learn to train...any sports scientist can tell you that...
