TCS were also given a fine and relegated to the back of the convoy. All penalties were for irregular slip streaming during stage 2 of the Tour de Boland"
Herman 2yr ban for cheating with testosterone, Team Computer Smith (TCS) team rider positive for amphetimines also with a hefty ban seem to once again applying their trade and cheating in races....
