OUTRIDES:
Well Bangbroekies – you are all stars and soon to be Hardcore chicks! Well Done to Meg and your group and some great outrides.
We have been going Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8am from the Trail and Tar shop and LOVING it!!! Bangbroekies on a Friday at 8am. For those who are not riding yet – come and join us!!
There are 2 suggestions –
1. Tues group – we have some ladies who would prefer 6am and others 8am. These are the Wannabe and Tartette ladies who want to start getting fit. Let me know if you are interested in any of these times.
2. We also have a group of ladies who can only leave after 8.30am. Please indicate if this time suits you and on what days.

Are there any newbies starting out in the S/S , im looking to join a group/person week days/weekends. Wetton area.

I currently ride 1-3 times a week. +- 40km x 2 week days and 70km+ saturdays.

I cant ride early morning during week days, after 4pm is good
