A new XT groupset for that bike will cost R8k
Unwanted 29er wheels off the Hub R3k
Tyres and tubeless conversion R1k
Cockpit R1.5k
Saddle R0.5k
Pedals R0.5k

So that's R14.5k on top of the R22.5k you want bringing the total to R37k. You can buy a new Scott Spark Expert bike with similar spec detailed above for R29k (Scott Spark Expert frame is exactly the same as the Pro).

Take R10k off your asking price and you'll maybe sell it.

Thanks for the input.

As far as I am aware, the Expert is an aluminum frame where the Pro is a Carbon Frame with aluminum triangle. The fork and geometry are a different spec to the Expert.

Expert is Carbon frame with Alu rear triangle, Pro is full carbon (as far as the 2012 models go) The gemoetry is exactly the same.
